LT Woods of Smallwoods Farms is a veteran of the drug war. When Missouri passed its medical cannabis program in 2018, we saw an opportunity to return to cultivation, legally planting our first seeds in years. By 2020, we were operating as a licensed cultivator and caregiver in the state.

As the market evolved in 2021, we recognized the need to adapt. That fall, we traveled to California to take a two-day solventless hash course with Brett Byrd—a decision that completely changed our approach to cannabis. From that point on, I became obsessed with growing for resin production, refining my hash-making skills, and searching for genetics specifically bred for solventless extraction.

In 2023, I teamed up with T Beezle of Little Lake Valley Seed Co., becoming the Midwest representative for his solventless genetics seed line. Over the past two years, I’ve worked extensively with LLV genetics, crossing them with other reputable breeders and developing my own unique lines. My passion for rosin-making has become a way of life, driving me to continually improve and innovate.

Beyond cultivation and breeding, we’re dedicated to fostering the cannabis community by organizing and hosting cultural events that bring people together. At Smallwoods Farms, our mission is to push the boundaries of solventless cannabis while strengthening the culture that makes it so special.
